At Perth DTF Printing (PDP), we take pride in providing high-quality DTF prints and excellent service. However, to ensure transparency and mutual understanding, the following refund policy applies:


Refund Eligibility


We accept refunds or reprints only under the following conditions:

Defects or Errors by PDP: If there is a noticeable defect in the print or an error made by our team (e.g., incorrect print or damaged product).


Refund Exclusions


We do not issue refunds for issues caused by client-provided artwork or improper usage. This includes but is not limited to:

Artwork Design Issues:

Logos or designs placed too close to each other on the gang sheet.

Artwork with elements that are too thin or intricate to be printed accurately.

Effects such as shades, glows, halftones, or transparency not achieving the desired outcome.

Colour Variations:

We print using the CMYK colour range, which may result in slight colour variations depending on the garment’s colour and fabric. These variations are normal and not eligible for a refund.

Incorrect Pressing:

Damage caused by incorrect heat press settings (e.g., temperature, pressure, or timing).

Poor washability due to improper pressing or garment preparation.


Turnaround Times


While PDP strives to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, turnaround times may extend during busy periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
