1. Introduction
Welcome to Perth DTF Printing, operated under the ABN of T-Bizz Pty Ltd. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Services Provided
Perth DTF Printing supplies printed DTF sheets for clients to press on their own garments.
3. Client Responsibilities
- **Artwork Submission:** Clients are responsible for the artwork they upload to our website. We do not take responsibility for copyright issues or offensive content.
- **Content Approval:** We reserve the right to refuse to print any artwork if we deem the content inappropriate. This decision can be made without justification.
4. Returns and Refunds
- **No Return Policy:** Unless the order has a clear defect or error, we have a strict no return policy.
5. Liability and Indemnity
- **Garment Damage:** We are not responsible for any damage to garments such as t-shirts, hoodies, or other items. It is the client's responsibility to know the type of garment they are using and the appropriate temperature and pressure settings for their heat press.
- **Heat Press Requirements:** Clients must use a professional heat press set to the correct settings. We do not guarantee the functionality of our products when used with poor-quality heat presses or home irons.
6. Washing Instructions
To ensure the longevity of your printed garments, follow these washing instructions:
- Wash at low temperatures.
- Turn garments inside out before washing.
- Do not dry clean.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
8. Amendments
Perth DTF Printing reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client's responsibility to review these terms regularly.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Heat Press Machines – Warranty & Liability
At Perth DTF Printing (PDP), we also supply heat press machines. To ensure clarity and transparency, the following terms apply specifically to heat press machine purchases.
Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty on all heat press machines from the date of purchase.
• The warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects under normal and intended use.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
• Warranty service will be provided at PDP’s discretion, which may include repair or replacement of parts or the machine.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude or limit those rights.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage or faults resulting from:
• Transport or Handling Damage:
• Damage occurring during transport, delivery, or handling after the machine has left PDP’s premises.
• Damage caused by the machine being dropped, tipped, or mishandled.
• Misuse or Poor Maintenance:
• Incorrect use, abuse, neglect.
• Lack of routine maintenance or improper care.
• Use of the machine outside its intended purpose.
• Unauthorised Repairs or Modifications:
• Repairs, adjustments, or modifications carried out by unauthorised persons.
• Normal Wear and Tear:
• Wear of consumable or moving parts due to regular use.
Transport & Risk
Once a heat press machine has been dispatched or collected, risk passes to the customer.
• PDP is not responsible for damage incurred during transport.
• Customers are responsible for inspecting the machine upon delivery.
• Any visible damage must be reported to the courier and PDP within 48 hours of delivery.
Warranty Claims Process
To submit a warranty claim, customers must:
• Contact PDP with proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue.
• Provide photos or videos where requested to assist with assessment.
• Return the machine or affected parts if required (return freight may apply unless otherwise agreed).
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
• PDP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of business, income, or downtime resulting from machine failure or misuse.
• PDP’s liability is limited to repair or replacement in accordance with the warranty terms outlined above.
Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
